Our Quality Management System has been successfully assessed against the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 by a team of Auditors from Anglo Japanese American Registrars (An International QMS Assessor Company with Headquarters in United Kingdom) in October 2003 and we are now ISO 9001:2000 Certified
Also, we are proud to state that our company is FIDI-FAIMISO Certified. This FIDI-FAIMISO Certification in January 2003 however consolidates our earlier achieved ISO 9002:1994 Certification in April 2002 and FIDI-FAIM Quality Accreditation in September 2000.
FIDI Accredited International Mover / ISO (FAIMISO) is the highest quality accreditation in the International Moving Industry. The Quality accreditation is an initiative of Federation International Des Demenageurs Internationaux (FIDI) headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
We have since certification been maintaining a continuous process improvement in our Quality System that guarantees value added, zero defect and satisfactory services to our numerous customers.
